Cone crusher is an advanced crusher with high power, large crushing ratio and high productivity. This equipment is often used in the metallurgical industry, construction industry, road construction industry, chemical industry and phosphate industry for fine crushing and ultra-fine crushing of hard rocks, ore, slag, refractory materials and other materials.
When the cone crusher is working, the motor rotates through the pulley to drive the counter shaft and the cone head assembly to rotate around a center line under the force of the eccentric bushing. So that the mantle of the cone crusher approaches and leaves the bowl liner on the adjusting sleeve. Then the ore is continuously impacted, squeezed and bent in the crushing cavity to be crushed. When unbreakable matters pass through the crushing cavity or the machine is overloaded for some reason, the hydraulic safety system will ensure that the discharge port is enlarged and the unbreakable matter is discharged from the crushing cavity. If the foreign matter is stuck in the ore discharge, the cavity cleaning system can be used to enlarge the discharge. Then the matter is removed from the crushing cavity. Under the action of the hydraulic system, the discharge port is automatically reset and the machine resumes working
